User Guide

Role-based workflow for Super Admin and tenant banks.

1. First Login

Create the Super Admin on first use. No default password is supplied. The Super Admin creates banks and tenant bank login accounts.

2. Bank Folder Setup

Each bank is linked to an isolated local folder. The application creates 01_Data, 02_Evidence, 03_Reports, 04_Backups and 05_Audit subfolders.

3. Tenant Access

A tenant bank user can see only the assigned bank. The bank selector, bank creation, tenant administration and complete-system restore are hidden.

4. Evidence Upload

Open a control and upload PDF, Word, Excel, image or other evidence files. Files are stored under 02_Evidence/Control-XXX and indexed with SHA-256.

5. Complete Bank Backup

Includes the selected bank profile, responses, tenant users, reports, audit events, evidence files, manifest, checksums and recovery application.

6. Complete System Backup

Super Admin backup includes all banks, all user accounts, audit history and every evidence document. Folder permission is checked before creation.
